SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to Lucy and Red's Shipping Policy! We are dedicated to delivering your orders promptly and securely. Our shipping methods are reliable, and our packaging is designed to ensure the safety of your items during transit. We strive to keep the costs reasonable for our customers, making your shopping experience with us even more enjoyable.
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Ground Shipping Method will be processed within 1-2 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained, then shipped. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has been shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM CST with Next Day or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.

Due to the nature of our handmade body care and candle products, we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Jewelry items may be eligible for an exchange or store credit if returned in unused, original condition within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
